A certain Hans’ lived in a small village. Old Hans, his wife and their little son.
There was an old and tall tree, which bore both apples and oranges opposite to their house and sorts of beautiful birds lived in the tree. Young Hans shot at those birds sometimes. Therefore, all the birds feared with him.
Time passed on. It was soon autumn again. Those apples and oranges began to ripe. Once, old Hans and his wife went out. Little Hans played himself. He walked around the tree to look for birds. All the birds were hiding in their nests in the tree, shaking with fear. Hans could not find one bird then he turned his notice to those fruits. How could I get these fruits at ease? If I was a bird… while he was thinking, he was flying to the air. He looked at his body that all his feet, arms and hands were missing. Instead of claws and wings, completely liked a bird. Hans was very excited. ‘I am a bird, I can fly now!’ He wanted to sing, but only a loud scream. He snapped at one of the apples with his beak. Phut! One apple fell down to the ground. Phut! Another apple fell down to the ground, too. Phut! One orange fell down to the ground in the same way. At least, little Hans was very hungry and thirsty. But he did not eat the fruits at all.
In the evening, old Hans and his wife came back. They did not see their son anywhere. ‘Where is my son?’ Hans’ mother began to cry at once. Poor Hans saw his mother in the air and felt sorrow. He loved his mother very much. ‘Don’t be crying. I’m here, Mom.’ But he could not to say a single word.
Suddenly, the old tree began to say: if you promise that you will never shoot at the birds and get on well with them, you can turn into your previous condition. Then little Hans soon turned to himself and run to his parents.

有一个信者在屋檐下躲雨，看见一位禅师正撑伞走过，于是就喊道：“禅师！普度一下众生吧！带我一程如何？”
禅师道：“我在雨里，你在檐下，而檐下无雨，你不需要我度。”
信者立刻走出檐下，站在雨中，说道：“现在我也在雨中，该度我了吧！”
禅师：“我也在雨中，你也在雨中，我不被雨淋，因为有伞；你被雨淋，因为无伞。所以不是我度你，而是伞度我，你要被度，不必找我，请自找伞！”
说完便走了！
自己有伞，就可以不被雨淋，自己有真如佛性，应该不被魔迷。雨天不带伞想别人助我，平时不找到真如自性，想别人度我。自家宝藏不用，专想别人的，岂能称心满意？自伞自度，自性自度，凡事求诸己，禅师不肯借伞，这就是禅师的大慈悲了。

Today I read an essay on My wings were broken in the office which inspired me with sadness.
My wings were broken
In this moment, without any music, without any sound.
And I stayed in this house.
I lost my guitar, for my boring life.
I always asked myself:" What do u need?" While I could not hear my answer.
My feet stopped, my wings were broken. So I can not fly any more.
Not sad, not happy, life is the same as water.
Two months ago, I laughed at those old people's life, for I thought my lift ought to be difference with them.
Now I found that it was the same.
I remembered my mom said:" If u were the eagle, I would be the breeze, stay with u."
Now, I feel that my wing was broken. I am tired, and without strength flying.
I looked at the ground, without any stone, but I want to stop.
Life's hand pushed me, and I know, u looked at me all the times.
When I lost my power, whether u love me or not?
When I was old, whether u stay with me or not?
when I was disapppointment, whether u trust me or not?
U see,mom, my wings were broken.
But I want to fly...

水煮牛肉之典故
相传北宋时期，在四川盐都自贡一带，井盐采卤是用牛作为牵车动力，故有役牛淘汰，而当地用盐又极为方便，于是盐工们将牛宰杀，取肉切片，放在盐水中加花椒、辣椒煮食，其肉嫩味鲜，因此得以广泛流传，成为民间一道传统名菜。后来，菜馆厨师又对用料和制法进行改进，成为了流传各地的名菜。此菜中的牛肉片，不是用油炒的，而是在辣味汤中烫熟的，故名“水煮牛肉”。
准备原料：
牛肉
青蒜两根
青菜
辣椒和花椒
加工原料—青菜切段、青蒜切马耳形
牛肉切片，做这道菜的肉片可以不用切得太薄，这样吃起来会很过瘾，切下来的牛肉片，加上水淀粉、一小勺盐和料酒，可以放一点点老抽（用来上色的），淀粉要稍多一些让肉片在嘴里感觉很嫩滑。和匀了浆上十五分钟。
炒辣椒花椒。锅置火上，烧干水汽，关小火将辣椒和花椒倒入翻炒。一定要用小火，否则很容易就成了关公的脸，没法参赛选美了。
辣椒花椒碾碎。将上面煸香的辣椒和花椒盛出，辣椒切成小段，花椒用刀来回碾碎。
老姜、葱白一小段、蒜四瓣。如图，姜葱蒜都切成片。
豆瓣酱一勺半。
炒制佐料。锅内放油，油热将豆瓣酱倒入炒香，然后放入姜蒜葱炒一小会。
加水做汤。炒好的佐料加水，放盐、味精，青蒜。煮开！
加入青菜。煮开的汤里加入青菜，至煮得断生时就起锅装入碗里。切记别煮得太久了，否则吃起来就没有那股子脆劲了。
青菜装盘。看看，这样就用青菜打底了。
煮肉。关小火，临下锅前再将牛肉片搅一搅，然后将浆好的牛肉逐片划入，全部入锅以后将火开大些。
水煮牛肉。将煮好的牛肉连汤倒入碗中，撒上辣椒和花椒碎。把锅洗净，锅内放油，油热后倒入碗中，随着辣椒和花椒被油浸炸的吱吱声，一阵香气扑鼻而来
